Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Sales Coordinator to support our sales and operations team in managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, and ensuring smooth order processing.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, coordination, and supporting a fast-moving sales environment in the medical and scientific supply industry.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in handling inbound customer enquiries via email, phone, and WhatsApp
  • Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and sales documents
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams on product availability and delivery
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation
  • Support sales team in order processing and follow-up activities
  • Ensure smooth communication between customers and internal departments

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–2 years experience in admin, sales support, or coordination role (preferred)
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email handling)

We are seeking a driven Medical Sales – Application Support professional to bridge the gap between technical product knowledge and customer needs.

This role involves promoting medical, laboratory, and scientific equipment while providing product application guidance and technical support to clients in healthcare, laboratory, and research environments.

What You’ll Do

  • Promote and sell medical, laboratory, and scientific instruments to healthcare and research clients
  • Provide product demonstrations and application support to customers
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  • Conduct follow-ups, build relationships, and manage sales pipeline
  • Work closely with suppliers and internal teams for technical clarification
  • Support installation guidance and basic troubleshooting when required
  • Identify new business opportunities in hospitals, laboratories, and clinics

What We’re Looking For

  • Diploma/Degree in Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience in medical or laboratory equipment sales is an advantage
  • Strong communication and customer engagement skills
  • Willingness to learn technical product knowledge
  • Ability to travel for client meetings when required
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and solution-oriented mindset
